We do not sell or ship physical products. All eligible orders are fulfilled digitally through our automated delivery system.

Most eligible orders can be delivered instantly or within just a few minutes through our automated system.

Although our system operates automatically, occasional delays may occur because of circumstances outside our control, including:

For these reasons, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for providing the correct order information and Roblox username and following the instructions shown during the claim process.

Incorrect information, account restrictions, or failure to complete the required steps may prevent or delay delivery.

Never provide us with your Roblox password. Zyron does not need your password to deliver an order.

No Physical Shipping or Tracking

All products sold by Zyron.gg are digital products delivered in-game.

Because nothing is physically shipped:

  • There is no shipping carrier.
  • There is no physical tracking number.
  • No physical product will arrive at your address.
  • Delivery is completed digitally to the appropriate in-game account.

By purchasing from Zyron.gg, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital in-game item and that fulfillment occurs electronically through our delivery system.
